Dr. Dailey returned to the Harrisburg area and joined the Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania in 1999 after completing his orthopedic residency and fellowship training. He practices general orthopedics with interest in joint reconstruction and replacement, shoulder, elbow, and hand surgery.
He graduated from Dickinson College and Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He completed his general surgery and orthopedic residency at Saint Luke's Medical Center in Cleveland, Ohio. He then chose a Fellowship in Hand and Upper Extremity Surgery at SUNY-Health Science Center at Syracuse, New York.
Dr. Dailey is Board Certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons. He is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons, American Medical Association, American Society for Surgery of the Hand, Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society and holds a Certificate of Added Qualification for Hand Surgery.
Dr. Dailey has served as an Associate Professor of Clinical Orthopedics at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center, and the Medical Director of Grandview Surgery and Laser Center in Camp Hill. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at the Grandview Surgery and Laser Center.
Dr. Dailey is originally from the Harrisburg area and is a third generation physician here. He resides in Mechanicsburg with his wife and two children.
