A native of Mount Holly Springs, Pennsylvania, Dr. DeMuth was educated at Juniata College and The University of Michigan School of Public Health . He is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University Medical School and served his Orthopedic residency at the Milton Hershey Medical Center . He is a Fellow in the American College of Surgeons and the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgery . He is board certified with the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery.

Dr. DeMuth's area of interest lies in general Orthopedics including Joint replacement, arthroscopy, surgery of the Spine, Hand surgery, fracture care and pediatric Orthopedic surgery.

Dr. DeMuth currently resides in Hummelstown, Pennsylvania, with his wife, Cynthia T. DeMuth M.D., and their three children.
