Dr. Polacheck is a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society , the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons , and The Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society .

He was certified by The American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons and has passed the voluntary re-certification examination.

Dr. Polacheck treats orthopedic patients of all ages. He has special interests in Joint replacement surgery and shoulder and knee problems.

Dr. Polacheck practiced orthopedic surgery in Central Pennsylvania for fifteen years before joining The Orthopedic Institute of Pennsylvania in January, 2001.

Dr. Polacheck resides in Lemoyne with his wife, Mary Kaye Polacheck, Esq., their son Bill and their daughter, Lauren.
