"I truly haven’t seen this kind of efficiency in any physician’s office I have visited. Please know that patient’s DO notice. I have also recently visited another health provider practice where the staff is isolated behind walls. Patients, even those elderly using assistive devices are called to the isolated cubicles to answer a question the receptionist missed on the admission interview. There is minimum eye contact and I get the feeling I’m a bother and not an important customer."
