Dr. Rubbo practiced in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania before relocation to the Harrisburg area in 1991. He was a Sports Medicine Consultant for Shippensburg University Sports teams and annually volunteers as a team physician for the Big 33 Football Classic as well as Palmyra High School Varsity football games.

Along with general orthopedics, his interests lie within Sports Medicine and reconstructive Joint surgery. He is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgery and is a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons , The Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society and the Eastern Orthopedic Association.

Dr. Rubbo resides in Harrisburg with his wife and their four children. He likes to relax by playing golf and spending time with his family.
