We met with Dr Himmelwright who is phenomenal, funny, and pragmatic, and then we had the utmost pleasure of meeting with Karissa in surgery scheduling who was so kind, caring, and gentle with my daughter. She made the whole experience very positive and made my daughter (my 15yo) feel like this is all manageable! Karissa should be commended for her superior interpersonal communications skills and her excellent way with kids!"

Dr. Polacheck is seasoned and knew exactly what was wrong with my hands. My surgical procedure went well and I am no longer in pain which complicated my job performance. The staff are pleasant and my appointments are a smooth process. Thank you all.

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for your excellent bedside manner and congeniality yesterday. You may not realize how good I felt after leaving your office, regardless of how quickly the steroid injection worked (And it did work very well). This morning I am walking normally, and feel ready to resume my workouts. But it is not the mechanics of your visit that impressed me the most. It was your upbeat attitude and friendly demeanor toward me that was so refreshing!
