We were at OIP's Harrisburg Clinic. The staff welcoming us, the patient care technicians, and Dr DeMuth could not have been more professional. Too many times we have encountered health care professionals who are condescending and relate to elder patients in a child like manner. Not so here! We met with Dr Himmelwright who is phenomenal, funny, and pragmatic, and then we had the utmost pleasure of meeting with Karissa in surgery scheduling who was so kind, caring, and gentle with my daughter. She made the whole experience very positive and made my daughter (my 15yo) feel like this is all manageable!
