OIP Continues to Reach Out to the Workman’s Comp Community

On April 3rd 2013, OIP hosted an educational lecture with dinner at the Radison Hotel, Camp Hill. A record number of care-givers were in attendance to hear Dr. Robert Kaneda speak on the topic of “Oh, My Aching Arms.” He highlighted the causes, presentations, treatment and expected time of disability on work-related upper extremity injuries. These lectures give a unique opportunity for case managers, rehab nurses, physical therapists, along with orthopedic surgeons, to share information and experiences, in addition to ‘putting a face to the name’ of the people who so often work together.
