Tyson P. Maugle, D.O.

Dr. Maugle has a special interest in Orthopedic Spinal Surgery

Dr. Maugle earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was captain of the varsity football team. He received a medical degree at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. His Orthopedic Surgery residency was completed in UPMC Pinnacle, Harrisburg, where he had the distinction of serving as Chief Resident. He received Fellowship training in Orthopedic Spinal Surgery at Duke University Medical Center in Durham, NC.

Dr. Maugle is a fellowship-trained spine surgeon specializing in comprehensive spine surgical care including minimally invasive and motion-sparing techniques, scoliosis and deformity surgery, and revision surgical treatment.  He also treats general orthopedic conditions including hip and knee surgeries as well as orthopedic fractures and traumas.  Dr. Maugle is committed to providing the best possible outcomes for patients with the least invasive surgery possible.

Dr. Maugle holds memberships with American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons (AAOS), North American Spine Society (NASS), Society of Lateral Access Surgery (SOLAS), American Osteopathic Association of Orthopedics (AOAO).
